Store use and orders

Use the store lawfully and provide accurate checkout information. We work to present accurate product details, images, pricing, availability, care, and safety information. An order is accepted only after confirmation, and obvious errors may be corrected.

Payment, tax, and delivery

Checkout is charged in USD using the methods displayed at checkout. Taxes are charged as required by applicable law. We ship only within the United States and provide free standard shipping.

Returns and cancellation

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days. NeeDoh pays approved no-reason and quality-related return shipping. Orders may be canceled before shipment; after shipment, the Refund Policy applies.

Intellectual property

Store text, design, images, logos, and other protected content belong to their respective owners and may not be used commercially without permission.
