Where do you ship?

Only within the United States, with free standard shipping on every order.

How long does delivery take?

Processing normally takes 1–2 business days, followed by 4–6 business days of standard transit.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. A tracking number is provided after carrier acceptance.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after delivery. NeeDoh pays approved no-reason and quality-related return shipping and provides a prepaid label or equivalent arrangement.

When will a refund post?

Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing.

Can I cancel?

Yes, before shipment. After shipment, the Refund Policy applies.
